At different times in our history the firm would be intentionally grown and other times downsized. Since 1995 the firm has operated under the name of Mark Long Law. In 2017 the firm went though the name change to Syndication Law Group. Today 90 percent of our work is devoted to offering documentation assignments, business consulting, innovation consulting/ Group Genius™ facilitation, and customized seminars for sponsoring real estate associations/conferences. We have a network of other law firms that we call on for transaction, mortgage financing, regulation audits, and litigation matters that effect our clients.
